Active Time Settings | Time Zone
As Trueleads operates as a cloud-based solution, it is necessary to establish active hours for when your profile will be operational and sending communications. This means you don't have to keep the application open for the software to function; if there are tasks to be executed, the system will handle them during the designated active times.
To configure your active times, follow these steps:
1. Click on Profile Settings and choose the Active Times Settings option.
2. Select the time zone of the account and specify the hours and active days. The account will only send connection requests, messages, and other actions during the designated times and days. It's advisable to vary the hours each day to emulate human behaviour and enhance the security of your account. Additionally, set some days to inactive by toggling the switch, as indicated in the screenshot below.
3. Once the active times and days are configured, click on Apply to save the changes!
