Additional Inactive Days

If, for any reason, you wish to temporarily halt all activities of the software, you can configure this in the Profile Settings.

To specify the days when the account will be inactive and refrain from performing any actions, follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the Profile Settings of the account and click on "Additional Inactive Days."

2. Enter the date or use the calendar to select the time period during which the account will not execute any actions through Trueleads.

3. Once the days are chosen, save the changes, and you're all set!

Additionally, you can delete/remove any previously set inactive periods. To do this, select the created inactive period and click on the "Remove Off Period(s)" button.
