As you're aware, within Trueleads, you have the capability to establish a Connector Campaign employing diverse search options such as Basic, Sales Navigator, CSV, and Recruiter.
It's important to note that a Connector Campaign is exclusively applicable to individuals with whom you are not currently connected on LinkedIn, specifically targeting your 2nd or 3rd-degree connections. In Trueleads, these connections can be located in the search or my network sections by applying filters based on their status and selecting either Imported or Searched.
How to create a connector campaign?
Provide a name for the campaign and proceed by clicking "Next."
If you have existing campaign templates, you can opt to select one or create the campaign without a template.
Compose your connector message and, if desired, add a follow-up message to be sent upon acceptance of the connection request. Scroll down, input your message, set any time delays (if not all messages should be sent immediately), and click "Apply" to save the changes.
Afterward, access the campaign Settings tab. Adjust the limits for connection requests and messages sent per day for this campaign, and designate the campaign priority. Note that the limits specified in the profile settings must be distributed among all active campaigns in the campaign settings. If you encounter an error message indicating limit exceedance, it signifies incorrect distribution. Refer to additional information here.
To activate the campaign, scroll down on the settings page. If you want the campaign to commence sending immediately (within the next 45 minutes), toggle the switch next to "Inactive" to make it "Active." If you prefer to schedule the campaign's activation for a specific date, disable the "Start Immediately" toggle. A window will appear for selecting a date and time. Once configured, the campaign will initiate on the chosen date.
If you intend to outreach the same individuals in the company campaign (with two distinct LinkedIn accounts added under the same company on Trueleads), enable the "Override and allow outreaching to LinkedIn profiles from the same company" toggle in the campaigns under both LinkedIn accounts targeting the same leads.
To remove the campaign, click on the "Delete Campaign" button.
How to create a search and assign leads to the campaign?
The final step involves creating a search and linking the leads to the campaign to initiate outreach.
Remember, you cannot duplicate leads across multiple Trueleads campaigns. Each search should be assigned to a specific campaign. If you wish to use the same search in another campaign later, delete the leads from the previous campaign first, and then you can add them to a new one.
Once leads are assigned to the campaign and the campaign is activated, it will commence sending within approximately 45 minutes during the account's active times.
