Delete Tags

One effective method for arranging leads within Trueleads involves utilizing the Tag feature. Now, users have the capability to delete these tags in bulk, offering added convenience.

How to delete tags from filtered or selected leads in bulk?

Navigate to Trueleads and access either the My Network or Campaigns page (This action can be performed on both).




Next, click on the "Filter on tags" option and choose the specific tag you want to use for lead filtering.




If you prefer to remove the selected tag from all leads without making specific selections, click on the "Remove tags from filtered options" button and choose the tag you want to eliminate from the leads.

Alternatively, if you want to remove the tag only from selected leads, choose the desired leads, click on "Remove tags from selected contacts," select the tag, and it will be removed.



Upon completion, the removed tags will no longer be visible next to the affected leads.
