Now, you have the option! If you prefer a more casual approach and wish to exclude such titles, follow the steps below to learn how:

1. Navigate to Profile Settings in Trueleads and choose General Settings.

After inputting the titles, the settings will be saved automatically, and you're all set!

Now, when composing a message in a campaign and utilizing placeholders like first_name, company name, or job_title, if the lead possesses any of the excluded titles on Trueleads in LinkedIn, the system will disregard them. Only the name will be entered without the associated title. For instance:

First_name: Instead of Dr. John, it would simply be John

Company name: instead of SMASHCOAST MUSIC, LLC, it would be only SMASHCOAST MUSIC
