Message Queue | Inbox

To review messages slated for sending (queued), currently in progress, failed, or successfully sent, navigate to the Inbox, Message Queue tab. From here, you can also resend messages that failed either individually or in bulk.

Where to find the Message queue?


Navigate to Trueleads and access the Inbox, then click on the Message Queue tab.




Within the Message Queue, you'll find options for entering filter words, filtering based on contact status, and filtering based on message type. Additionally, actions such as "Retry selected messages" and "Retry with failed messages" are available.



What can the filters be used for?

Enter Filter Words:                                                                                                                                                        Use this filter to input lead names, their associated company names, or job titles. This helps locate specific contacts in the list and allows you to check the status of messages sent or scheduled for them.



Filter on Type:

This filter distinguishes between messages sent manually (Direct) and those sent through campaigns as automated messages.

Filter on Status:

Status indicates the current state of a message:

Received: You received a message from the lead.

Processing: The message is being processed and will be sent soon.

Failed: The message failed, possibly due to a LinkedIn split test or other reasons.

In Queue: The message is scheduled for sending and added to daily tasks.

Sent: The message was successfully sent.




What can the actions be used for?

Retry Selected Messages:

Resend failed messages by selecting the leads whose messages failed and clicking the "Retry selected messages" button. The system will then schedule the messages for resend. If the messages fail again, contact Customer Support.

Retry with Failed Messages:

Use this action by first applying the "filter on status" to select the failed option. Then, click the "Retry with failed messages" button to resend all failed messages at once.
