If you wish to preserve common responses frequently employed with your potential clients, you now have the option to utilize inbox templates for this purpose. Accessing the inbox templates can be done in two ways: either through the Campaigns section on Trueleads or directly through the Inbox.
How to use message templates in the campaign?
Navigate to the Campaigns section on Trueleads and open a campaign by clicking on it.
Choose the lead within the campaign and click on the message template icon.
Create custom templates by clicking on the icon shown in the screenshot below, or use pre-existing ones from the provided lists. After selecting a template, click Confirm.
You can now send a message from the chosen template to the selected lead by clicking the send button in the message field, and your message will be dispatched!
How to use message templates in the inbox?
Navigate to the Inbox, choose the lead, and click on the message template icon.
Generate your personalized templates by clicking on the icon shown in the screenshot below, or opt for existing ones from the provided lists. Once the template is chosen, click Confirm.
Hit the send button in the message field, and your message will be sent!
Note that these inbox templates are specific to each LinkedIn account and cannot be shared.
You have the option to incorporate dynamic placeholders, such as {first_name}, into your messages, and the information will be automatically filled in when the software visits the contact's LinkedIn account.
