Unseen Chat

If you happen to accidentally peruse through a conversation or wish to revisit it later, you have the option to designate a specific chat as unseen in the Inbox tab.

To accomplish this, navigate to the Inbox section on Trueleads, pick the conversation you'd like to mark as Unread, and select the 'Unread chat' option.

Subsequently, when utilizing the Filter on the Chat status filter and opting for Unread chats only, the conversation will be displayed in the list.



It's essential to note that this feature is exclusive to your Trueleads account and doesn't impact conversations in the LinkedIn Inbox. Once a message is acknowledged on LinkedIn, using this feature won't alter its status.
