If you wish to access different LinkedIn accounts added under your Trueleads user account, check their subscription status, the activity, status of the account this can be done in the LinkedIn Accounts tab under the user menu.

Where do I find the LinkedIn Accounts section?

Access your Trueleads account, click on the user menu, and choose "LinkedIn accounts."




The LinkedIn Accounts page will then be displayed, allowing you to view all the LinkedIn accounts associated with your Trueleads user account and apply filters as needed.


What filters can I use in the LinkedIn Accounts section and what do they mean?

Enter Key Words

If there are numerous LinkedIn accounts linked to your Trueleads user account, you can search for a specific account by entering its name or LinkedIn email address in this section.



Filter Agency

In this section, you have the option to filter LinkedIn accounts based on the agency names created within your user account.



Filter account status


This feature allows you to sort LinkedIn accounts based on their account status. The available options are:

  1. Not Completed (if the subscription activation process is not finished);

  2. Pin Required (if a pin from LinkedIn needs to be entered on Trueleads);

  3. Ok (indicating that the account is fully synced and requires no further action);

  4. Phone Pin Required (requires entering a pin sent by LinkedIn to your phone number on Trueleads);

  5. No Proxy Available (indicates the absence of an assigned proxy or a malfunctioning custom proxy);

  6. Verification Required (appears when identity verification is needed on LinkedIn);

  7. Recruiter Pin Required (when a pin from LinkedIn is needed after conducting a recruiter search on Trueleads);

  8. Password Reset Required (signifying that the LinkedIn password needs updating on Trueleads).

Upon selecting one of these filters, LinkedIn accounts with the corresponding status will be listed, allowing you to take action by clicking on the account's picture and following the displayed instructions (e.g., entering a pin).


Filter Company

This filter enables you to locate LinkedIn accounts associated with a particular company created within your user account. To utilize it, simply click on the filter and choose the desired company from the provided list.





Filter Subscription Status



This functionality enables you to filter LinkedIn accounts based on the current status of their subscriptions. The available choices include:

  • Active (LinkedIn accounts with an active subscription)

  • Incomplete (accounts that haven't completed the subscription activation process)

  • Incomplete expired (accounts that failed to complete subscription activation within the specified timeframe)

  • Trialing (currently on a free trial)

  • Past due (subscription payment is overdue)

  • Canceled (subscription canceled due to non-payment)

  • Unpaid (subscription payment pending)

  • No subscription (account without an active subscription)

  • By invoice (subscription activated using a voucher code)

  • Trial voucher (account on a trial activated via a voucher code, with automatic subscription cancellation upon expiration).

Upon selecting one of these options, LinkedIn accounts with the corresponding subscription status will be displayed, similar to the example below.


What else can I see in the LinkedIn Account section?


In addition to the capability to filter LinkedIn accounts based on specific criteria, you can also view information about the account's daily connection requests and messages. The respective counts for the number of connection requests and messages the LinkedIn account is expected to send per day, as well as the quantity already sent during the day, are displayed under the "Connection Requests" and "Messages" columns.



Furthermore, there is a column indicating whether the account has an active account warm-up in the profile settings.

Additionally, you have visibility into the number of active campaigns the LinkedIn account is currently running, along with the count of leads who have not yet received the first step in the campaign. Furthermore, you can observe the number of individuals who have responded to your outreach efforts.
